What is your shipping policy?
Buchardt Audio provide free shipping worldwide. Outside EU we ship by Air economy to insure very fast transit times no matter where you live. Buchardt Audio also provide insurance for the shipping, so if anything break doing shipping, we got your back!
What if I don't like the product?
After you receive the product, you have 45 days to decide if you want to keep it or not. If you regret the purchase, we also provide a flat €100 / €200 (floorstanders) returns fee worldwide per product shipped, just email us, and we will arrange the pickup at your place, it's that easy!
